We hope you'll love your Merino Kids item as much as we do. If for any reason it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Our 60-Day Returns Window
You’re welcome to return any item within 60 days of receipt.
We will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method, provided the item is returned:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In a new and resalable condition

Refund Process
- Pack your unused items securely in protective packaging.
- Use our returns portal to create your returns label.
- Maximum parcel dimensions: 61cm x 46cm x 46cm (max 5kg).
- Drop at your chosen carrier and retain proof of postage.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of receipt.
Returns via Royal Mail, InPost or DPD are available at a flat fee of £3.50, which will be deducted from your refund.

If returning via your own courier, we strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are unable to accept liability for items lost in transit outside of our nominated return partners.
Condition of Returns
We know you’ll want to feel the softness and check the fit of your Merino Kids garment at home and that’s absolutely fine. Items should be tried on gently and returned in original condition, with tags attached and unwashed.
Because our sleepwear is made from delicate natural merino wool, garments that have been worn beyond try-on, washed, marked or exposed to strong odours can’t be resold as new. If an item is returned in a condition that reduces its resale value, we may make a fair and proportionate deduction from the refund to reflect this.
This doesn’t affect your rights if an item is faulty. Deductions are applied fairly and in line with consumer law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and retain all original packaging where relevant. Early notification helps us resolve the issue quickly.
